PPM has developed the PROJECT REQUEST form for customers to request project estimates. Along with the Project Request form, ensure to include a completed Service Request form, available project information, and Initial Service Request (if required) should be submitted via email to ProjectRequest@isd.lacounty.gov and cc customercenterops@isd.lacounty.gov
Upon receipt of your PROJECT REQUEST, our PPM will contact you within 72-hours to engage your Department and begin our work on your Project Request.
