The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requires for a Notice of Intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration. This notice is to inform the public and interested agencies that in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the County of Los Angeles is circulating a Draft Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for the proposed Los Angeles County High Desert Project.
