PPM has developed the PROJECT REQUEST form for customers to obtain estimates. Along with the Project Request form, ensure to include a completed Service Request form, available project information, and Initial Service Request (if required) should be submitted via email to ProjectRequest@isd.lacounty.gov and cc customercenterops@isd.lacounty.gov
Upon receipt of your PROJECT REQUEST, our PPM will contact you within 72-hours to engage your Department and begin our work on your Project Request.
There are several services provided in the PROJECT REQUEST form to initiate the request for an estimate:

- Preliminary Project Consultation: 30-minute Teams meeting with a Design Manager for Q&A session if ISD can work on a potential.a.Budget Consultation: 30-minute Teams meeting with an Estimator for a Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) estimate on a potential proposal for ISD.
- Programming Package: SR for $5,000 dollars MUST BE ATTACHED with PROJECT REQUEST to initiate.
- Space Planning Project: SR for initial $5,000 dollars MUST BE ATTACHED with PROJECT REQUEST to initiate.
