Requesting a One-Time Custodial, Landscape, or Pest Control Service
Customers must submit a Service Request (SR) to initiate a one-time custodial, landscape, or pest control service.
Steps:
- Complete a Service Request (SR).
- Email the completed SR to CustomerCenterOPS@isd.lacounty.gov.
What Happens After Submitting a Service Request
Once the Service Request (SR) is submitted, it will be reviewed and processed by the appropriate ISD division. Customers may be contacted if additional information is required.
