Internal Services Department (ISD) Strategic Plan 2026-2030

The County of Los Angeles Internal Services Department has officially launched its new five-year Strategic Plan, a roadmap shaped by employee feedback, stakeholder engagement, and our shared commitment to strengthening how we serve County Departments and the communities of Los Angeles County.

The plan reflects ISD’s focus on enhancing Speed, Reliability, and Value through improved service delivery, modernization, accountability, and collaboration across the Department.

This is more than a document, it is a shared commitment to how we move forward together as One ISD. We encourage the public to review the Executive Summary and Strategic Plan to learn more about the priorities that will help guide our work in the years ahead.
