The Los Angeles County Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program provides financing for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water conservation improvements through property tax assessments.

While the County no longer administers a residential PACE program directly, it remains committed to supporting existing PACE participants and coordinating with program administrators to ensure continued consumer protection, transparency, and compliance.

Homeowners and property owners can access information about program requirements, assessment terms, servicing contacts, and consumer safeguards related to the Los Angeles County PACE Program.

Learn more about the current status of the LA County PACE Program and resources for residential PACE participants.
