LOS ANGELES COUNTY DIGITAL EQUITY ROADMAP

On October 7, 2025, the Board of Supervisors approved a Motion to co-create the region’s first-ever Digital Equity Roadmap. The Digital Equity Roadmap is a three-year digital equity action plan to address the digital divide across Los Angeles County by empowering residents with internet connectivity, computing devices, digital skills and AI literacy, digital navigation support, and workforce development services so they can participate in daily life activities.

Our vision for the region by 2029 is that all communities are connected to affordable, accessible internet and technology services, creating a more economically empowered, digitally inclusive, and resilient Los Angeles County that is thriving in the current digital age.
