Your vehicle has a QR code on the inside of the front driver door or on the inside of the charging plug door. You must download the PowerFlex app and register using your County employee email. Scan the QR code on the vehicle and on the charging station to initiate a charging session. If your vehicle does not have a QR code, contact ISDFleetSupport@isd.lacounty.gov.
