Los Angeles County is committed to installing 15,000 electric vehicle charging stations by 2035 as part of its long-term clean transportation and climate goals. To meet this target, the County is actively seeking qualified vendors to support the planning, installation, and maintenance of electric vehicle infrastructure.
Licensed contractors and qualified firms interested in supporting Los Angeles County’s electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure projects can apply to become an approved EV installation contractor.
The County partners with contractors to design, install, and maintain Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) at public facilities, department buildings, parks, medical centers, and other County properties. These projects support the expansion of one of the largest government-operated EV charging networks in the nation.
