Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee Technical Advisory Committee (MSRC-TAC)
The MSRC-TAC meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 4, 2023, through a hybrid format or in-person attendance in Conference Room CC-8 at the South Coast AQMD Headquarters, 21865 Copley Drive, Diamond Bar, California, and remote attendance via videoconferencing and by telephone. Please follow instructions indicated in the agenda.
The Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee (MSRC) is comprised of one representative from each of the following agencies:
- South Coast District (South Coast Air Quality Management District – SCAQMD)
- Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG)
- San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA)
- Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA)
- Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA)
- Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC)
- State Board (California Air Resource Board – CARB)
Minh Le, General Manager of Energy and Environmental Servies with LA County’s Internal Services Department is part of the Committee.
A regional rideshare agency selected by the other members of the MSRC committee
