Administration and Finance Service

Billing Service:

The billing section handles processing and payment of all ISD vendor bills as well as preparing and processing ISD customer bills for all County and non-County customers. Questions regarding vendor payments should be directed to (323) 267-2960 and questions regarding customer bills to (323) 267-2148.

Budget:

The budget section develops, prepares and manages the ISD Operating Budget, County Utilities Budget and Telephone Utilities Budget. In addition, this section processes and authorizes payment of utility bills to various utility companies and third party providers. Questions regarding the ISD budget should be directed to (323) 267-2111. Questions regarding utility payments should be directed to (323) 267-2114.
