Customer Assistance Division

The Customer Assistance Division provides a central point of contact for customers to report all Information Technology (IT) problems for services provided by the Information Technology Service (ITS) of ISD. Major service offering includes:

  • Single point for all ITS problems for services provided for ITS.
  • Customer's advocate in resolving IT problems to the Customer's satisfaction.
  • Customer Assistance Center (CAC) resolves or logs, tracks and escalates problems. Dispatches repair vendors or ISD technicians.
  • Network Control Center (NCC) monitors the County's wide area networks. LAnet and LAInternet to monitor performance detect anomalies and restore the network to its proper operating condition.
  • Maintenance Contracts establishes and maintains IT hardware maintenance contracts with equipment repair vendors.
