The Energy Management Division is responsible for managing the County's Utilities Budget; acquiring utility services and products (electricity, water, gas); implementing projects to decrease energy utilization and obtain more benefit from utilities budget expenditures; operating power plants/cogeneration facilities throughout the County to provide heating and air conditioning to various County complexes.

The Maintenance & Operations Division is responsible for providing maintenance and repair services to assigned County facilities (approximately 200 facilities consisting of 20,600,000 square feet).

The Custodial Services Division is responsible for providing custodial/grounds maintenance to County facilities either through its in-house work force, or by contract (approximately 160 facilities consisting of 13,300,000 square feet).
